Kuwait – Mubasher: Three companies have showed interest in launching initial public offerings (IPO) for their shares in the coming period, after Boursa Kuwait has revived, sources told Mubasher.
The three firms has requested from investment companies to offer consultancy regarding the possible IPOs within the range of 30%, according to the sources that preferred to remain anonymous because the negotiations are still in early stages.
The sources refused to reveal the capital volume or sectors in which the companies are.
It is worth highlighting that Boursa Kuwait has been lacking to the IPOs, which totalled only three in the past five years.
