Tibbiyah’s EGM to consider remuneration, auditor appointments

Riyadh - Mubasher: The board of Arabian International Healthcare Holding Company (Tibbiyah) invited shareholders to attend and vote at the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) scheduled for 29 June 2026. 

The meeting will be held at 8:45 PM in Riyadh, with the option to participate remotely through modern technology, according to a bourse filing. 

The shareholders will review and discuss the board of directors’ report, the auditor’s report, and the consolidated financial statements for 2025. 

Moreover, they will vote on discharging board members from liability for 2025.

The agenda also includes voting on SAR 1 million in board and committee remuneration for 2025, appointing auditors for 2026 and 2027 fiscal years, and delegating certain powers to the board.

Equityholders will also vote on transferring SAR 23.91 million from the other reserve balance to retained earnings.

Remote voting through Tadawulaty will begin at 1:00 AM on 25 June 2026 and continue until the end of the EGM. 

Eligibility to attend is limited to shareholders registered in the company’s shareholder register at the Securities Depository Center by the close of trading on the day preceding the meeting.

In April 2026, Tibbiyah named Ziad Al Tunisi as the board’s Chairman until 2029.
