Tiger Group completes 60% of Dubai’s Samaya Tower – Chairman

Dubai – Mubasher: UAE developer Tiger Group has announced the completion of 60% of its Samaya Hotel in Dubai.

Units at the hotel-apartment tower will be available for sale by February 2019, the firm’s chairman said.

Housing 15 floors, the tower consists 141 studios and 70 apartments consisting of a room and a hall, Mohamed Walid Al Zoubi said, without giving further details of the overall cost.

The project was launched during Cityscape Global 2018, which was held from 2 until 4 October at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).

Tiger Group had offered flexible payment plans reaching up to four years, the top official revealed, noting that 40% of the total value of the property was requested as a deposit when booking a unit.

The tower attracted many investors during the event, Zoubi went on, noting that the company was able to sell around 25% of the tower’s units during the three-day property-focused event.

Earlier in January, the Tiger Group chairman said his company was planning to develop 18 real estate projects in Dubai and Sharjah between 2018 and 2020.

With 13 projects in Dubai and five in Sharjah, the new developments have an estimated cost of AED 10 billion, the top official revealed earlier this year
