Dubai – Mubasher: UAE developer Tiger Group on Wednesday announced plans to implement 12 real estate projects in the emirate of Dubai over the coming three years.
In 2017, the real estate firm enhanced its successful performance through completing 18 residency and hospitality projects, according to the company’s statement.
By completing the new projects, the company’s portfolio will reach 30 projects only in Dubai, Tiger Group said.
The Emirati real estate developer completed 60% of its Samaya Hotel in Dubai, while the units at the hotel-apartment tower will be available for sale by February 2019.
Tiger Group noted that total sales of Samaya Hotel’s units amount to AED 200 million.
