Riyadh – Mubasher: Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing said an extraordinary general meeting will be held on 3 January.
Shareholders will discuss amending article No. 5 of Chapter No. 1 in the company’s statute, thus relocating the company’s headquarters from Jeddah to Riyadh.
