Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary and extraordinary general meeting of Tourism Urbanization will be held on 6 April 2015, said the company.
The extraordinary meeting will mainly consider either to dissolute the company or to keep its activities after the company logged half of its capital in 2015 losses, the company added.
The ordinary general meeting will look into 2015 financial statements as well as the board’s report.
Earlier, the company posted a net loss of EGP18.6 million for the period ended 31 December 2015, compared to EGP8.24 million a year earlier.
After adding EGP28.6 million deferred losses, the company’s total loss stands at half of its capital.
