Cairo – Mubasher: Tourism Urbanization Company said Thursday that its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will discuss the voluntary delisting of the company’s shares from the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Last week, the company’s board approved a proposal to voluntary delist its shares from the Egyptian bourse.
The stock was last traded at EGP 5.58.
