Cairo – Mubasher: The trade exchange between Egypt and Italy rose 30% in the first quarter of 2017 compared to the prior-year period, according to a statement by the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
The volume of trade exchange between both countries reached €1.3 billion in Q1-17, compared to €1 billion in the prior-year period.
Egypt’s non-oil exports to Italy rose 39% to reach €367 million in Q1-17, compared to €264 million in Q1-16.
