Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that the shares of Osoul Investment Company will be active for trading on Tuesday 12 November, according to a statement on Monday.
The decision follows the completion of the company’s capital reduction procedure.
On 3 November, Boursa Kuwait said that based on the General Assembly resolution of Osoul Investment, which approved the reduction of the company’s capital, the company's shares will be suspended from trading on Monday 4 November to Monday 11 November.
