Riyadh – Mubasher: Listing and trading of Musharaka Capital Company’s real estate investment traded fund (Musharaka REIT Fund ) units on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) will start on Sunday, 1 October under the symbol 4335 with a 10% fluctuation rate.
The fund will be listed under the real estate investment traded funds (REITs) sector.
Musharaka Capital Company in August stated that the subscription coverage ratio of listing the fund reached 1,021%, at a value of SAR 880 million.
The subscribers’ number amounted to 12,000, of which retail investors and institutions with a liquidity of SAR 3.8 billion.
REITs aim to invest in developed real estate which achieve rental income.
