Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Dubai-based Transguard Group has announced the construction of new state-of-the-art accommodation facility for 2,708 employees, with a total cost of AED114 million.
Scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2019, the new facility, which is located in Dubai South near Jebel Ali airport, is slated to feature a wide range of amnesties, including a barber’s shop, gym, laundry, and dining area as well as comprehensive care clinic and ATMs, according to the company’s statement on Tuesday.
“This new development further underscores our commitment to offering the best living conditions available, which have been enhanced by our investment in recreational facilities. This provides our employees with an environment where they can rest, relax and feel at home, ultimately creating a happier and healthier workforce,” said Greg Ward, managing director, Transguard Group.
The new accommodation complex comes at the tail end of the company’s first one, located in Jebel Ali and houses 10,000 of its staff members.
