Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s Ministry of Transport has launched a real estate project in El Fayoum Governorate.
Situated on 5,314 square metres, the project is expected to generate EGP 800 million in revenue, the ministry said.
The investment project will serve the residents of El Fayoum and the Egyptian Railway Authority (ERA).
The ministry revealed that the project would be executed through a partnership between ERA’s M.O.T investments & projects and a consortium of developers.
