Mubasher: The Tunisian parliament endorsed two bills related to the approval of two loan agreements with the African Development Bank (AfDB) at a total value of €190.12 million (TND 418 million).
The loans will contribute to funding a road infrastructure project which was launched this year and will continue until 2020. They will be repaid over 20 years, including a grace period of five years, according to Tunisia Radio.
The project's cost reaches about €383 million (TND 842 million), and will be financed through a loan worth €144 million (TND 317 million) from the bank's resources, in addition to another loan valued at €46.12 million (TND 101 million) from the Africa Growing Together Fund.
