Riyadh – Mubasher: Twelve transactions were privately executed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on 8.2 million shares on Tuesday at a value of SAR 200 million, according to a bourse filing.
Saudi Hollandi Bank (SHB) topped the transactions after 2.96 million shares were traded at SAR 11.40 per share, totalling SAR 33.8 million.
National Commercial Bank (NCB) was second in terms of turnover of SAR 32.36 million, generated from the exchange of 862,850 shares at SAR 37.50 per share.
Meanwhile, National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) exchanged 670,000 shares at SAR 39 per share at a total amount of SAR 26.13 million.
Private transactions on the stock exchange do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index or the sector indices.
