Two Egyptian firms set up at EGP400m capital - Investment ministry

Cairo – Mubasher: Two companies have been established with an EGP400 million in capital within the period between 3 to 9 January, the Egyptian investment ministry said. 

Sarwa for real estate development was set up with EGP 300 million in capital, while Juba Food was established with a capital of EGP 100 million, the ministry said in a statement on Monday.

The ministry also indicated it has raised the capital of other four Egyptian companies by nearly EGP 1 billion.

The ministry has raised the capital of Al Sharkiya Sugar Manufacturing (Alnouran) with EGP 536.821 million, Rehab October Co. For Real Estate Investment with EGP 294.786 million, MBI for Tourism Investments with EGP 177 million, and Ocean Express Shipping with EGP 60 million.
