Riyadh – Mubasher: Two transaction privately executed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Jabal Omar's shares on Thursday totalled SAR 23.73 million.
The transactions saw the trading of 365,080 of the company's shares at SAR 65 per share, according to a bourse filing.
Around 182,500 shares were exchanged at SAR 65 per share, totalling SAR 11.86 million per transaction.
Meanwhile, Jabal Omar's share traded between SAR 68.25 and SAR 69.
Private transactions on the stock exchange do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.
