Riyadh – Mubasher: Two transactions worth SAR 27.89 million were privately executed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on the shares of Makkah Construction and Development on Sunday.
One transaction saw the trading of 294,570 of Makkah's shares at SAR 99 per share.
In the meantime, the company's share price reached a high of SAR 103.75 and a low of SAR 98.
Private transactions on the stock exchange do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.
