Riyadh – Mubasher: Two transactions privately executed on the Saudi Stock Exchange on the shares of Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance on Tuesday totalled SAR 2.9 million.
The two transactions saw the trading of a total of 23,540 of Bupa shares at a par value of SAR 123.75
The first transaction saw the trading of 10,100 shares at a value of SAR 1.25 million, while the other involved 13,400 shares totalled SAR 1.66 million.
Meanwhile, the company’s share traded between SAR 123 and SAR 124.
Private transactions on the stock exchange do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index or the sector indices.
