Riyadh – Mubasher: Two transactions privately executed on the Saudi Stock Exchange on the shares of Saudi Transport and Investment (Mubarrad) and Jabal Omar Development on Sunday exceeded SAR 67 million.
One transaction saw the trading of 180,000 Mubarrad shares at SAR 48 per share, totalling SAR 8.64 million, while the other involved 1.09 million shares of Jabal Omar Development traded at SAR 54 per share and totalled SAR 58.8 million.
In the meantime, Mubarrad’s share price reached a high of SAR 53.75 and a low of SAR 52.5. The stock was up 0.57% to SAR 53 per share at 1:38pm KSA time.
Meanwhile, Jabal Omar’s share traded between SAR 59.5 and SAR 57.75 and registered a decline of 1.44% to SAR 58.25 per share at the time.
Private transactions on the stock exchange do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index or the sector indices.
