Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) ended Monday’s trading session with negative performance, dragged down by the energy and banks sectors.
The general index fell 0.38%, or 19.36 points, ending the session at 5,055.29 points.
The ADX’s trading volume reached 40.81 million shares exchanged with a turnover of AED 116.072 million through 114 transactions.
The investment sector topped losers with 4.28% as Al Waha Capital levelled down 4.69%.
Similarly, the energy sector fell 1.21% due to Dana Gas’s 2.02% drop, followed by the banks sector with 0.50% after Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) plunged 0.75%.
Meanwhile, the real estate sector headed gainers with 0.15% as Aldar Properties grew 0.56%.
