Doha – Mubasher: The main index of the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) fell 0.42% or 42.22 points to reach 10,102.67 points in Thursday’s early trades.
By 10:00 am Qatar time, most of the sectors dropped, with the exception of the consumer goods and services sector which edged up 0.16% as Salam International Investment Ltd rose 2.3%.
The real estate sector declined 0.97% after Ezdan Holding Group decreased 1.13%.
The industrials sector lost 0.4% as Aamal, Qatari Investors Group, and Industries Qatar went down 1.8%, 0.85%, and 0.29%, respectively.
Liquidity reached QAR 20.97 million, after 1.54 million shares were exchanged through 422 transactions.
Vodafone Qatar’s stock led in terms of trading volume with 1.21 million shares traded at a value of QAR 10.97 million.
