Mubasher: U.S. industrial production fell in December less than expected amid lower utilization of energy, data showed on Friday.
Industrial output dropped 0.4%, compared to estimates of 2% and 0.9% in November.
The industrial sector measured by the U.S. central bank comprises manufacturing, mining, and electric and gas utilities.
