Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: United Arab Bank’s (UAB) shareholders will hold their meeting on 14 March to discuss the board’s recommendation to freeze dividends for FY15.
The shareholders will also discuss amendments to the articles of association in accordance with the new commercial law, according to a bourse statement.
