Dubai – Mubasher: Tanmiyat Group has awarded an AED 600 million contract to Adnan Contracting to construct six towers which are part of Living Legends project located in Dubailand.
Delta International Real Estate, end-to-end real estate services provider, will manage the commercial business for Tanmiyat, the investment and real estate development firm said in a statement.
Under the deal, the six towers will be completed by 2019, the UAE-based property group noted.
Consisting of 12 residential towers and 500 villas, the AED 7 billion Living Legends megaproject will accommodate 20,000 residents.
About 500 villas were delivered to their owners, while another two towers would be handed over prior to the end of this year, Tanmiyat Group highlighted.
By the end of March, Tanmiyat Group stated that about 90% of Living Legends were finalised.
