Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced the completion of Adeptio’s compulsory acquisition of the Kuwaiti firm Kuwait Food – Americana, according to a statement issued on Tuesday.
The UAE Adeptio AD Investments SPC Ltd. has purchased 26.634% of Americana’s shares which consists of 107.07 million shares at a value of KWD 2.65 per share; the deal is worth a total of KWD 283.74 million, the statement added.
