Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: The UAE Central Bank posted a 3.4% rise in its total assets month-on-month in June, according to a statement.
Total assets stood at AED 364.7 billion in June, compared to AED 352.9 billion in May.
Held-to-maturity investment grew 45% to AED 241.2 billion in June, compared to AED 230.7 billion in May.
Cash and bank balances amounted to AED 55.6 billion in June, a 1.4% decline from AED 56.4 billion in May.
Loans and advances decreased to AED 210 billion in June from AED 2.71 billion in May.
Other assets reached AED 3.74 billion in June, compared to AED 4.54 billion in May.
