Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Trade between the UAE and Germany is forecasted to rise by around 10% annually to reach AED 66.11 billion ($18 billion) in 2016, said Dalia Abou Samra, vice president of the German Emirati Joint Council for Industry & Commerce (AHK).
She added that German exports to the UAE made up around 83% or AED 55 billion ($15 billion) of trade in 2015, which makes the UAE one of the most important trade destinations for Germany, according to a statement.
The top official revealed that UAE exports to the European country amounted to nearly AED 11 billion ($3 billion) in the same year.
