Mubasher: Investcorp Bank said that Mubadala Development Co, which is an Abu Dhabi sovereign investment fund, has completed the second phase of purchasing a 20% stake in Investcorp, according to a statement issued on Sunday.
Investcorp said that assets under management amounted to $10.4 billion by the end of December 2016, adding that the bank’s investments have exceeded $53 billion since it was founded in 1982.
