Dubai – Mubasher: Reportage Properties on Tuesday said that it has started construction works of the “Oasis Residences” project.
Situated at the centre of the residential district of Masdar city, which is one of the world’s largest sustainable cities, the project is scheduled to be finished by 2020, according to the company’s statement.
The nine-storey residential building consists of 600 residential units including studios, one-room and two-room flats and a parking, the company’s statement stated.
The real estate firm gave no further details on the value of the project.
The Dubai-based company said that this development is located at "green finger" and "luscious" area at Masdar city with low carbon emissions.
