Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) announced that it will impose new fees on corporate services starting from Thursday.
The new fees will be charged for 23 services provided to public companies, auditors, and investment funds.
The fees will range from AED 100 to AED 50,000, based on the type of the service provided, which include incorporation, registration renewal, changing activity, capital reduction, and capital increase.
On the other hand, the new fees will also apply to the services provided to auditors, which include registration, re-registration, and registration cancellation as well as the fines incurred for late required notifications as per the SCA regulations.
