Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Ministries and federal departments will have a holiday on 24 December instead of 23 December to celebrate the birthday of Prophet Mohammad, according to Hussain Bin Ibrahim Al Hammadi, Minister of Education and Chairman of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources.
The UAE public sector will resume work after the weekend on December 27.
The private sector will also have a holiday on the same date, the Ministry of Labour announced on Sunday.
