UAE approves infrastructure projects worth AED 410m

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Follow up Committee of the Initiatives of UAE President has approved on Monday, 1 May, a number of projects valued at AED 410 million, according to a statement.

The committee approved the first phase of an AED 290 million infrastructure project of building a road between Wadi Al-Qor and another linking the Al-Hubab roundabout and Nizwa Road.

The committee also gave a nod to first phase of a project to rehabilitate the Sheikh Khalifa Medical City in Ajman for AED 30 million.

The committee gave the go-ahead to a construction project of a sewage network in Umm Al Qaiwain worth AED 21 million, in addition to another for establishing an internal road network, as well as a project for building 168 housing units in Kalba for AED 15 million.

An AED 11 million project for the construction of internal roads in Ajman was also approved.

The committee approved another project, worth AED 14 million, for the upgrade of the Al Ajili road in Ras Al-Khaimah, along with another housing project valued at AED 29 million in Al Ain.
