Dubai – Mubasher: The UAE stock markets are suffering from weak turnover in the recent period, amid absence of institutional investments and lack of traders’ appetite, analysts told Mubasher.
The bourses are witnessing weak and calm trades due to investors’ low confidence, in addition to the decline of liquidity to record levels, according to Jamal Ajaj, director of Al Sharhan Shares Centre in Abu Dhabi.
The markets are pressured by investors’ unwillingness to increase their positions, capital market analyst Salem Al Nuwairi told Mubasher.
The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) is expected to continue its decline to 3,280 points on Monday, capital market analyst Khalifa Al Kaabi said.
