UAE central bank raises EIBOR in H1

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Central Bank of the UAE raised the Emirates Interbank Offered Rate (EIBOR) in the first half of 2017, according to a statement.

The six-month EIBOR rose from 1.71% early January to 1.75% by the end of H1-17.

The one-year EIBOR reached 2.13% early January compared to 2.09% by the end of the first six months of 2017, while the three-month EIBOR stood at 1.51% compared to 1.45%.
