Dubai-Mubasher: Tourism investments are expected to rise 2.8% to reach AED 28.2 billion in 2016, WAM news agency quoted the UAE's Minister of Economy Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri.
Revenues from tourism are expected to reach AED 54.4 billion, Al Mansoori.
The number of tourists is expected to reach 15.8 million in 2016 and 31 million by 2026.
Volume of investments in the tourism sector reached AED 27.4 million in 2015, representing 7.3% of the UAE’s total investments.
