Mubasher: Bukhatir Properties Group will resume its sports city project in 2016, said Chairman Abdulrahman Bukhatir.
He added that the $5 billion project spreads over 250 hectares in the northern suburb of Tunis.
Sama Dubai, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding, also said it will resume its Mediterranean gate project whose cost reaches $25 billion.
