UAE fuel prices to fall in August

Abu Dhabi-Mubahser: The UAE will lower its local fuel and diesel prices for the first time in four months in August, amid higher global oil prices, according to the UAE’s Ministry of Energy.

Special grade petrol (95 octane) will decline by 44 cents to AED 1.62 per litre in August from AED 1.77 a litre in July.

The price of E Plus gasoline (91 octane) will fall to AED 1.55 per litre in August from AED 1.70 per litre in July.

The diesel price will decrease by 48 cents to AED 1.85 per litre in July to AED 1.76 in August.
