Mubasher: The UAE raised its local fuel and diesel prices in June, after the rise of global oil prices, according to the UAE’s Ministry of Energy.
Special grade petrol (95 octane) will go up to AED 1.75 per litre in June from AED 1.67 a litre in May.
The price of E Plus gasoline (91 octane) increased to AED 1.68 per litre in June from AED 1.60 per litre in May.
The ministry removed the subsidy on petrol and diesel prices from August 2015.
Oil prices rose more than 50% since late January due to fears of oversupply.
