UAE gold reserves drop AED 12m in September – C.bank

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Central Bank of the UAE’s (CBUAE) gold assets decreased by AED 12 million month-on-month in September.

Gold assets reached AED 1.053 billion by the end of September, down from AED 1.065 billion a month earlier, the bank’s data revealed.

In April 2015, the CBUAE decided to resume building gold assets, in addition to various foreign-currency reserves.
