UAE increases infrastructure expenditure

Dubai – Decypha: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is working towards increasing its expenditure on infrastructure and developmental enterprises, according to Emirates News Agency.

The move is expecting to positively reflect on the government’s revenues.

The UAE business outlook for 2017 is expected to be positive, according to Knight Frank, a leading independent real estate consultancy. A report by Al-Bayan newspaper highlighted that due to the arrangement in plan for the EXPO 2020 Dubai, the country’s real estate and tourism investments are expected to further propel the economy, adding that that the recovery of the oil prices will further boost the economy’s growth.

Additionally, Dubai’s economy will remain the least vulnerable to any economic crises that may rise in the future, mainly due to the current mega investments made in preparation for EXPO 2020 Dubai, according to the same report.

Dubai’s population is expected to reach 3.1 million in 2017, which is expected to boost real estate demand, further boosting the booming sector.
