Mubasher: The UAE stock markets are still witnessing a state of worry and hesitation among investors in line with the anticipation of the US interest rates announcement, analysts told Mubasher.
Traders’ sentiments are affected by a state of caution that reflects on turnover, capital market analyst Wessam Azhary said.
The liquidity is expected to continue decreasing, pushing investors to repeat profit-taking transactions, the analyst noted.
The recent trading activity at UAE stock markets confirms the absence of new investments on local shares, capital market analyst Hassan Al Zawy said.
At the Dubai Financial Market's (DFM) level, investors’ sentiment was affected by the negative news about both Arabtec and the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Al Zawy noted.
The DFM is foreseen to target a resistance level at 3,510 points on Wednesday, falling to 3,200 points, the analyst said.
