Dubai-Mubasher: The UAE stock markets has suffered huge losses in Sunday’s session due to accumulated factors that affected the investors’ sentiments, said capital market analyst Waddah Al-Taha.
The sale deals have affected the shares of both the winning and losing companies, showing high trading activity, he added.
Al-Taha expected the UAE markets to witness a hold trend in the coming sessions.
Global economic influences reflect negatively on local shares, as some investment funds in global markets suffered more than $2 trillion market losses by the end of the previous week, said analyst Mohamad Al-Shimiry.
The UAE markets will focus on liquidity as investors are projected to remain away from stock markets in the current time; this will not help the indices to hold above the key support levels to close below them, Al-Shimiry added.
