UAE markets to hold amid high foreign investments – Analysts

By: Mahmoud Gamal

Dubai – Mubasher: The UAE markets are expecting to hold on their current levels on Wednesday, amid increased foreign and institutional investments, according to analysts.

Despite the divergence of the UAE markets, the foreign investments are rising and tend to purchase, which assures that the shares are at good profit earning ratio, market analyst, Hassan Al-Zawy, told Mubasher.

He added that the markets stood steady on Wednesday, backed by quick deals on leading and small stocks.

In the UAE markets, the foreign and Arab investors tended to purchase with more than AED 20 million on Wednesday.

Market analyst, Abdullah Al-Aly, told Mubasher that the markets are still unsteady and it is notable that whenever the prices rise, quick profit gains happen which means that speculations are in control now.

Al Aly noted that there is an unjustified caution between traders especially in the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) after the enhancement of the traded volumes.
