UAE-Mubasher: The UAE markets are expected to hold at their current levels amid the continuity of their fluctuating performance, analysts told Mubasher.
The markets are trying to hold provided that ADX did not witness huge losses on Thursday, while DFM managed to slightly rise, said Ali Al-Anzi, analyst at Al Mashora & Al Raya for Islamic Financial Consulting Co.
Al-Anzi added that the current fluctuations and low liquidity resulted from volatile global markets and lower oil prices, pushing foreign investors to sell.
He noted that all traders are awaiting the companies’ 2015 financial results which will be different from the year earlier.
On another note, technical analyst Hamoud Al-Azmi said that leading stocks especially in the real estate sector managed to hold after the news that Arabtec Holding won a contract from Aldar Properties.
