Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The UAE and Pakistan have signed a cooperation agreement to implement the third phase of the UAE Pakistan Assistance Programme at a cost of $200 million.
The agreement was signed by the project director Abdullah Khalifa Al Gafli and commandant of Military College of Engineering Anwarul Haq Chaudhry, according to Emirates News agency (WAM).
The signing of the aid to execute the third phase projects comes in line with the directives of the president of the UAE Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Al Gafli said.
He noted that this phase complements the previous phases, where approximately 165 development and humanitarian projects were established at a cost of $365 million.
