UAE raises fuel prices for December

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Emirati Ministry of Energy on Tuesday announced the fuel prices in the UAE will rise, based on global prices, in December.

The price of Super 98 will increase to AED 2.15 ($0.585) per litre instead of AED 2.03 ($0.552), the ministry said, adding that Special 95 to be priced at AED 2.04 ($0.555) per litre up from AED 1.92 ($0.523).

Moreover, E Plus-91 is set to be priced at AED 1.97 ($0.536) per litre instead of AED 1.85 ($0.503).

The price of diesel has been raised to AED 2.20 ($0.598) per litre from AED 2.11 ($0.574).

The new prices will be applied as of 1 December until the ministry issues new prices by the end of the month to be effective in January.
