Dubai – Mubasher: Sultan Butti Bin Mejren, general director of Dubai Land Department, announced that the total value of real estate transactions in the emirate exceeded AED 203 billion in eight months, ending August 2017.
There were 47,000 transactions in the real estate market during that period, Bin Mejren added.
Earlier, Dubai Land Department had announced that the total commissions in the sector amounted to AED 1.61 billion, in the first eight months of 2017.
