Dubai – Mubasher: The UAE-based real estate companies are expected to double their projects to AED 10 billion by 2020, Binghatti Developers CEO and head of architecture Muhammad BinGhatti Told Al Arabiya on Thursday.
Binghatti Developers’ stakeholders are not planning to launch an initial public offering (IPO), Al Arabiya reported, citing the CEO as saying.
Binghatti Holding’s unit, Binghatti Developers, has launched new projects worth AED 7 billion, the top official revealed, noting that the UAE-based developer will increase its projects in domestic real estate market to 100, with total investments of AED 10 billion.
