UAE – Mubasher: The UAE has discovered 14 new coronavirus cases, raising the number of the reported cases in the Emirates to 59, according to the Emirates News Agency (WAM).
The new cases include four Emiratis, three Italians, two Bangladeshis, two Nepalese, a Russian, an Indian, and a Syrian, the UAE Ministry of Health announced in a statement on Monday.
The statement referred that the ministry has carried out an “active and continuous investigation" to discover the new cases and examine those who have contacted the infected people as well as set precautionary measures at the country's border entry points.
According to WAM. the ministry further remarked: "The ministry and local health authorities recommend members of the community to adopt healthy habits that help protect individuals from infectious diseases, including washing hands well with soap and water, and covering the nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing to prevent the spread of germs and viruses."
