Dubai - Mubasher: The board of Arkan Building Materials Company approved to allow foreign ownership of the company’s shares, according to a bourse filing.
The company announced on Sunday the new ownership limit on its shares, effective from 24 October 2016, stating that the minimum ownership for UAE nationals is 51%, where other nationals cannot exceed 49% ownership limit.
